The staff at Hotel Giraffe were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and the linen was changed daily without us having to request it. We loved the fact that there was coffee, tea, and biscuits available all day in the lounge, as well as cheese and biscuits between 5 and 8 pm. The breakfast was excellent and the overall feel of the hotel was personal, welcoming, and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Delightful hotel, all of the staff were efficient and thoughtful, magnificent location close to the subway. The rooms were updated and impressive with a functional sleeper sofa and piano, for instance, I loved that.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a comfortable suite, which was a nice surprise. the key location was great, with a metro station and Madison Garden just a two-minute walk away. the hotel was also surrounded by many restaurants, making it convenient for dining options.

There were no negative aspects to mention about the hotel. My experience was overall positive and I had a pleasant stay during my business trip.

Clean hotel, excellent rooms, ideal location near subway. They served light breakfast; I appreciated chocolate, tea, oatmeal, fruit juices and boiled eggs. The staff was beautiful, superfriendly all the time.

The lack of a bar in the hotel made the lobby area more peaceful, but may not suit those looking for a lively atmosphere. the amenities offered, such as the evening cheese and wine, were enjoyable but may not appeal to everyone's taste.

My stay at Hotel Giraffe was fantastic. I stayed for five days for a leisure trip. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with a friendly and helpful staff. The room had a lovely terrace and a super comfortable bed. The large bathroom had great amenities. The complimentary snacks and refreshments were a nice touch. The hotel's location felt very safe. A little more modernism can be in the rooms . but it is also the style of the hotel.

We had an exceptional stay at a hotel located in a great neighborhood, away from the most crowded areas in Manhattan. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a modern bathroom and impeccable service. The complimentary wine and cheese every evening, and continental breakfast in the morning, were fantastic touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the friendly staff and the homey vibe of this hotel.

The hotel's social host wasn't as welcoming as the other staff members, and we didn't feel as comfortable during the social hour at the sister hotel.

I recently stayed in this hotel and it was amazing. The neighborhood was perfect for me, it had amazing restaurants and it was close to all the attractions that I wanted to visit in Manhattan. The service was top-notch, from the moment I arrived until I left. The staff was super helpful from the hostess all the way to the doorman, and I simply loved the amenities provided in my room.

She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone's glass was never empty. The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was perfect.
